Additionally he has worked with mid-sized and larger organizations to build scalable and sustainable processes. In a recent corporate initiative, he has successfully transitioned the PepsiCo company owned businesses in the South and the West, to its bottling partners, in one of the largest trains in the beverage industry. This involved transiting and stabilizing 11 plants, 6 sales states and 2500 PepsiCo employees being transitioned to Varun Beverages, at one go, without a single day’s loss of business, in a US$ 285 million deal. In the past, he has worked on such transitions/ integrations in organizations like Alliance Tire Group (ATG) which was transitioned from Warburg Pincus to KKR (currently acquired by Yokohama Tires). He has also been a critical facilitator in the acquisition of Seagram by Pernod Ricard and streamlining van Melle by Perfetti, in the Indian subcontinent, looking after HR, industrial relations and strategy.
