Udit is a commercial dispute advocate. He is currently working as an advisor, strategist, and arguing counsel in complex infrastructure and commercial disputes. He regularly assists private clients (both domestic and international) and the Government to strategize and resolve disputes and minimize risks. He has significant experience in public procurement and public law. He recently defended his clients in multiple multi-crore worthy disputes. He gets his legal training and exposure from the biggest names in the industry, including the Former Chief Justice of India, the Former Attorney General of India and others. He holds a Master Degree from the University of California Berkeley, Cambridge University and IIM Calcutta. When not filtering black-white-and-shades-of-grey, Udit is found cooking, reading and further developing his Spotify playlists.
