I am an entrepreneur passionate about solving up-skilling, continuous learning, and employability problems in today's digital world. I strongly believe that every individual is bestowed with unique talent and all that is needed is the right nudge and mentorship to unearth this latent talent. Being a beneficiary of the support provided by the mentors in my college and in the corporate world, I want to now do my part in unearthing the latent talent in individuals through Mentorship, coaching, and technology-driven solution. After a very successful stint in the corporate IT world for 22 years, I recently quit my job as a Senior Director with one of the leading IT consulting firms to embark on this journey of entrepreneurship. In addition to my experience in the IT industry in technology and leadership positions, I am also an aspiring writer and strongly believe in the power of technology as a great leveler and enabler for people to achieve their dreams
