Breadth of experience covers Strategic HRM, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and overall Organization Development in high growth and fast paced multinational organizations. I currently work as an Independent Coach/ Consultant and is passionate about training and coaching people and helping them achieve their dreams and reach their potential. I have mentored and coached 200+ working professionals across junior to mid senior levels and 150+ management graduates in a span of less than a year.
