Nilesh I am currently working with Z23 startup digital studio . we working for startup ideal to scale it & build product market fit , “Startup Studios” are structures that build startups, on the contrary to incubators and seed investors who focus on mentoring and financing startups. Z23 is a startup studio. It’s a laboratory for creating, developing, and launching innovative ideas into astounding companies. Z23 Studio is focused on building products and companies that will shape the future of technology. The studio runs on the idea of “parallel entrepreneurialism,” meaning that multiple companies are built in tandem. We start with the ideation, a market thesis, and initial funding, with the goal of researching large problem areas, prototyping and validating unique technology solutions to those problems, establishing product-market fit, and if all of that is successful, building new companies into high-growth startups that could potentially be the tech industry’s next billion-dollar companies. At Z23Studio, we are primarily working on internal ideas where the business model is commercialization of open source software solutions by assembling (or building upon) what is already available in open source space. In some rare cases, we also work with external ideas if we find them with great potential and high entry level barriers. We are currently engaged in working on one external idea and a couple of our own ideas around data and application infrastructure. External Idea: Medical content repository and docto's network We are working with our partner who has deep expertise and relationships in the international medical fraternity. Through his hard work, we have brought together 2500 neurosurgeons on a forum with 600+ specialist case studies with 100 hours of video content. We also have exclusive access to similar content (video as well as non digital) from multiple other surgeons which we plan to bring onto our platform. Each such case study is unique and has long lasting value because it not only covers surgery presentations but also highly technical views of other experts on alternate ways of handling that surgery. We closed working with doctors & building AI based soln in AI in health admin soln. – US spends ~$1T on admin tasks. Given risk-based contracts with VBC there is a constant margin pressure. Providers need solns. that offer nuanced insights across the value chain – clinical, financial, & operational to improve outcomes and make money intrgrations of EMR ,HIMS, LIMS, AI in Pathology , AI in Radiology – Radiologists growing at 3% p.a. while demand growing at 20% p.a.
