It was in May 2021 that Nikhil quit his corporate career to set up his coaching and workshops practice. Before starting on his own, Nikhil worked for 20 years in a corporate/multinational setup in the banking/tech domain. In the last 4 years of his stint at Morgan Stanley, he was in COO/CAO roles for internal organisations ranging from 1000 to 4000 staff. Nikhil is keen to work with:- Professionals who are hungry to move to the next level in their career- Founders and entrepreneurs who are open to being coached in creating greater impact to society and the marketplace- Enterprises that invest in their people as the drivers of sustainable and responsible growth for their organisationsWhen not involved in coaching or workshops, Nikhil work with TREE Society in imparting business management training to rural entrepreneurs across India via the National Rural Livelihoods Mission.Nikhil lives in Mumbai with his wife and two children, he is a cricket enthusiast, a foodathon organizer and a student mentor.
