Two decades of experience across various technical and functional domains. Pioneered cloud-based SAAS and frameworks built on LAMP, Java, REST and RDBMS/NoSQL. Successfully architected and deployed 100s of microservices following various patterns like Reactive, CQRS etc. Multiple times, scaled organizations and products from 0-1 and 1-100. Entrusted with budgets of over $15M. Managed 100+ member org, comprising Senior Directors of Engineering and Product, Various Managers and Senior Engineers/Architects. Used Scrum and Lean principles widely across different cohorts of teams across 2 decades. Worked in a wide variety of domains and took several products from concept to production and drove strong customer adoption for both B2C and B2B products. Using open-source technologies like Java, architected hundreds of polyglot microservices; built IOT platform for more than 12M active connections, media and content platform delivering ~33 TB content downloads daily, built a Banking ACS product that scales up to 1M concurrent TPS; Built highly sophisticated fraud and analytics platforms. Over the past decade, I'm working with the founders/CXOs to drive product and engineering OKRs by building and executing mid and long-term product strategies, using bleeding-edge engineering innovations and managing the product and engineering org with equal ease.
