We have Equity, Debt, Hyrbid, Amortised and Non-Debt Non-Equity options available. With and without collateral Funding is available. With Tenures ranging from 4 months to 25 years. Grace Periods from a few months upto to 10 years. All Sectors welcome, Startups and Real Estate Projects where land needs to be purchased also executed. Under development are Donation Programs, Charity Raise, Crowd Funding and our own Unique Funding Program. We have Bespoke Investment vehicles available safer than FD but with incredibly high returns. I have been rewarded with a stake in 5 companies over and above my Service Fee due to my hard work and dedication. At KS Ventures we dont charge any advance costs strictly operate purely on a success fee model however some of our Lenders and Investors do have models/terms that require upfront costs. It is our policy to present as many offers as we can to our clients so that they may choose most suitable option. On a case to case basis we may even cover the advance costs on behalf of our borrowers who can repay us after disbursement. We do not work on any negative impact businesses, we follow International Standards for Success Fee and we never pay bribes.
