Ishita is a certified chartered accountant (ACCA) who is passionate about Teaching, Tutoring, Mentoring, and Educating. Currently teaching ACCA students on various subjects, she has recently worked on a project in the e-learning industry, LSBCAGlobe, a subsidiary of LSBCA which is an EdTech company aiming to reach students worldwide and provide them with a world-class education at their fingertips through the app or windows based application. She has been working closely with the directors and founders at every stage of the project. Some of her top learnings from this experience so far include: -Coordination with the website and app developer on the different aspects of the website and App (design, flow, interface, security etc.) Learnt a lot of new IT related and technical stuff during the process. -Content analysis & management: - Involved in the auditing of the video lectures of all the ACCA subjects from Applied Knowledge level to Professional Level Exams and giving inputs and suggestions for improvements. Also responsible for identifying new content opportunities. -Learnt a great deal about marketing and lead generation using different platforms and social media to attract more customers and make the project a profitable one. - Learnt about the difficulties faced and respective solutions for them while handling the Accounting, Financial and Performance Management of the project.
