She has 14+ years of experience in financial planning, capital structuring, business analysis across industries like CPG / FMCG, ecommerce, pharma, health-tech, automotive, fin-tech. She has worked with seed funded/series A raised start-ups as a finance business partner helping them in the areas of setting up of finance systems and governance systems around business processes, KPIs for for prudent internal financial control and for investor reporting, unit profitability metrics, treasury management systems, building financial projections and stress testing growth assumptions, interviewing/screening finance talent for hiring across different levels.
