Ashutosh pioneered the concept of Games-Based Learning in Indian schools. He is the Founder, CEO and chief curator of the KONSHIUS & THOTS program. His pedagogy is now practised in schools for developing Thinking Skills & Learning Ability of children age 4-14 years, valuing it equally as Math & Language. Creating Games based Learning systems for Mindful Thinking required by 21st Century Learners. He is the recipient of several prestigious awards & recognitions including RethinkIndia ‘Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Innovation Award 2017’, ‘Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Design Excellence Award 2015’, ‘Asia’s Best Innovation in Education Award 2013’, ‘Best Educational Innovation in India 2010’ by DST GoI & CIIE IIM-A.
