Professionally, I have been a strategic business partner and a hands-on business leader with a benchmarking career trajectory of 18+ years in turning challenging business conditions into success stories. Built, operate, organized, and structured HR, IT, Operations & Administration functions; facilities of various shapes and sizes, from the scratch, as per business needs at different business cycles. Worked closely with owners/promoters and senior business leaders in ambiguous environments and translated desired outcomes into simpler business processes and solutions to drive complex change and transformation projects, contributing to top-line growth and/or resulting in bottom-line gains. I have provided credible leadership across functions to build performance-oriented organizations and drive bottom-line gains by harnessing the power of people, processes, and technology. Currently working on establishing my boutique business consulting firm focusing on Peoplization and Digitalization for startup's, SME's and owner / promoter driven organizations. Parallelly, I have also been working on couple of startup ideas. Business Transformation, Digitalization, Change and Innovation are few areas which interests me.
