The DRCFO team will also help the Management for Implementation of Operation Performance Measurement Reporting (OPMR) system to ensure that all the resources available with the organization are effectively and properly utilized. Brief Note on Operation Performance Measurement & Reporting tool (OPMR) 1. Objective:a. To create an effective finance and internal control system. b. To create benchmarks for all business process for cost optimization and efficiency improvement, c. To make a diagnosis of the weaknesses of a business process. d. To develop a MIS system for management to undertake the timely action and corrective measures so that the improvement of the profitability can be maintained in a successful and effective manner.2. How will it be implemented? a. Analysis of profit of the organization on the basis of Customer, Product, Service & Segment. b. Analysis existing business processes to find out weakness in the internal control system in various activities involved in the process. c. Division of the whole process to various activities and sub Activities. d. Standardization of each activity and sub activity. e. Preparation of Both Physical & Monetary budget for each activity and sub activity. f. Customization of accounting software. g. Comparison of budgeted vs actual performance of each activity. h. Submission of Exception report to the Management on which no action has been taken by the staff, Report / Advice / follow up action required on the variances observed in Para C above.
