Abhaya is a process-driven professional with extensive experience in Sales & Distribution. He has been endorsed for Sales & Distribution, Influencer Management, People Management, Capability Development, and Business Transformation in the Building Material & Consumer products industries (Paints, Cement & Consumer durables etc.) He is well acknowledged for his strategic and focused approach in everything he does. Abhaya is now co-founder and CEO of Nestofix, an “On-Demand Home Services” startup offering “Simple, Affordable, and Accessible” handyman services for homeowners. Abhaya started his career as a frontline salesperson (with Asian Paints) and grew to head the Sales Excellence Function. He was conducive to establishing the Sales Excellence function and Sales Academy in three leading organizations where he was tasked with his expertise. He is a firm believer in “People”, “Product”, “Profit”, in the same order. Abhaya is also a Mentor, Career Coach, Podcaster, Trainer, and Guest Faculty at B-Schools. He is passionate about “People & Process” and “Building next-generation sales leaders”. Abhaya is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur. He is member of Board of Studies at one of the leading universities of Central India. Earlier, he was associated with Asian Paints, ICI India, Whirlpool Corporation, AkzoNobel, CK Birla, and Jubilant Bhartia Group before starting Nestofix.
