She is responsible for all aspects of deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction process, post-investment support, and sector building within YSB.Sipika has more than 9 years of experience in the Impact sector across financial inclusion, Fintech and Agri & value chain – financing, in India, Indonesia, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and China.Prior to joining YSB, she was appointed as the EIR for a leading crowd funding platform in India – Milaap. Prior to Milaap, Sipika worked as an Investment Manager for Asia region with the Impact investing firm, Incofin. Sipika is a CFA level 3 candidate, and has a bachelors in Management Studies specializing in Finance. She is a trained commercial pilot and holds an American (FAA), as well as Indian (DGCA) commercial pilot’s licenses (CPL).
