Ruchika Thakkar studied advertising and worked in Public relations before she decided to join Teach For India. After teaching in a Government school for two years, she realised that her purpose in life is to empower the future of the country with life skills and soft skills. Ruchika has since then facilitated theatre, art, writing & life skills sessions for many schools in Mumbai. She then was lucky to connect with Samyak Chakrabarty & Gaurav Jain and subsequently joined Workverse. She is now responsible to make sure everyone who is part of the 21st Century Skills Programme has an immersive experience.
