Reddy is a food technologist and has over 25 years of experience in applied R&D including new product development, project management and process designing. He led several major technical projects for various multinational food industry in the USA and in India. He is the founder of Functional Foods a pioneer in quinoa processing, extruded snacks, breakfast cereals, pasta/noodles with high protein, high fibre. He also holds a patent for nutrient water which protects liver & kidneys from alcohol and removes the impact of alcohol hangovers. I am currently working on developing a healthy combination of high-protein, no-carbs, no-sugar & no-cholesterol product range. I would love to meet potential investors sharing a similar vision of building an unicorn in the food space in the next 5 years.
