Kaushik is the co founder of "Iota Design and Innovations Lab". He works at the interface of physics and engineering, to develop affordable healthcare solutions and point-of-care diagnostics. He has Ph.D. in interferometric imaging of laser-induced shockwaves, jointly from IIT Bombay (India) and Monash University (Australia).
