Manil is an acting teacher, scriptwriting mentor and a voice-over artiste. He is the Thinker Founder of the production house - Shahjahanpur Prosceniums LLP, where he manages a casting agency for actors on a pan India level and is extensively involved in managing training modules for aspiring screenwriters and voice actors to enable a cohort where actors, voice actors and screenwriters writers can train and develop to produce professional opportunities for themselves in the Hindi film industry. Manil is a seasoned writer and an actor who has written and acted for Hindi films, digital channels, media houses and for stage theatre extensively. When not acting or writing, Manil divides his time unequally between reciting Hindustani poetry, debating screenplays and training aspiring actors.
